Taking care of your skin

As a photographer, I see a lot of faces REALLY close on my computer screen.  LOL  :-)  It's my job to make you look better than your best, but you make my job easier by taking care of  your skin.  With that in mind, here is a skin care tip for you: 

Drinking lots of water and eating food rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, such as salmon, will help keep your skin hydrated and supple.
